Returns & Refunds:
Our Customer satisfaction is our first priority and that's why we are please to accept returned merchandise 20 days after its receipt. Feel free to contact us and you can set up a return & refund. It will be your responsibility to return the item(s) to us within 20 days of receipt, at your cost. The item must be returned in brand new condition with all of the accessories. Once the chair has been received, an inspection of the chair will take place. If the package is completely factory sealed, a 10% restocking fee will apply. If the package has been opened, used, and/or the chair has been assembled, a 25% restocking fee will apply. If testing proves that the item you received is not defective you will receive your refund or replacement chair will be shipped to you for free if you plan to make another purchase of comparable value. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order, and after the product is shipped back to us. Orders made outside the Continental US are not eligible returns or replacement parts.
All Gaming Chairs does offer a two year warranty on the chair parts (not including natural wear of the PU or fabric), and DXRacer & Clutch Models come with a lifetime warranty on the steel frame!
For Cancellations on all Products
Any order that cancelled after the initial 48 hours of them it being processed or confirmed for backorder is subject to a $20 administration fee whether or not your product has shipped. If you product has already shipped then you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
